We were introduced to www.freeagentcentral.com and think that it solves lots of these challenges. It doesn't do the inputting for you (that is where we come in!) but it is just wonderful to be able to see you figures in real time, be able to generate invoices on the fly, send out reminders... oh the list is endless.
The frustrating things are having to reinput all the historical data but you can easily negate this by opting just to use the new system going forward. Simple.
